Welcome to your coastal escape in South Goa. Born from a simple dream, to share the Goan Susegado way of life, a relaxed, easygoing, slow-life vibe for every guest.

Before starting this venture, my wife and I spent several years working across the Middle East — first in Qatar, and later in Dubai — where we had the privilege of collaborating with people from diverse cultures and multinational companies from the UK, Netherlands, Italy, and the US. I worked with Baker Hughes, while my wife was with Siemens. Those years taught us so much about hospitality, attention to detail, and the little things that make people feel at home, no matter where they are.

Sunshine Park Homes is our passion project — a reflection of our experiences. We designed every corner with comfort, simplicity, and serenity in mind. Guests often tell us they love the high ceilings, tropical garden views, and the peaceful charm that makes it easy to unwind. Whether you’re a couple, a family, a solo traveler, or here on business, we want your stay to feel tranquil and personal.

Located just 8 to 10 minutes from Colva Beach (or a quick 2-minute drive), we’re close to everything that makes South Goa special, sightseeing golden sands, beach shacks, vibrant markets, and locally sourced fresh seafood. We’re about 25–30 minutes from Dabolim Airport, 15 minutes from Margao Station, and only 10 minutes from the city center.
